Job summary

Amida Group is seeking a senior Facade specialist with a proven track record in taking facade projects from enquiry through concept to construction. You will apply knowledge from design, engineering or consultancy on challenging projects using state-of-the-art materials and standards.

You will lead project teams, review sub-contractor submittals, write specifications and reports, and present designs to clients and contractors. UK driving license and MSc in Facade Engineering are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• MSc in Facade Engineering is advantageous.
• UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Review manufacture processes and factory testing.
• Select facade materials.
• Apply knowledge of British Standards and Eurocodes.
• Lead projects from concept to construction.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and sub-contractors; write specs and reports.

Utilising state of the art technologies and materials to achieve safe, sustainable, aesthetic, functional facades.
