Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is hiring an Operations Manager to lead F&B, leisure and events at a Berkshire site. The role offers a salary of £80,000–£85,000 and requires a hands-on, commercially minded operator with entrepreneurial drive to elevate the guest experience.

You will own full P&L and commercial performance, drive service standards across indoor and outdoor dining, and lead events, seasonal activity and private functions while working closely with the owners on growth and future development.

Responsibilities

• Overall operational responsibility across F&B, leisure and events
• Full P&L and commercial responsibility
• Lead, develop and motivate the operational team
• Drive food, drink and service standards across the business
• Oversee both indoor and outdoor dining/customer areas
• Lead events, seasonal activity, private functions and busy trading periods
• Look at ways to develop the F&B offer and maximise revenue opportunities
• Work closely with the owners on growth, new ideas and future development
• Responsibility for customer experience, compliance, maintenance and operational standards
