Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an events venue in East Sussex. This senior, hands-on role covers venue operations, facilities, events, F&B outlets, compliance and commercial performance.

You will ensure exceptional guest experiences while maximising revenue, manage budgets and health and safety, and work with departments to deliver outstanding events for clients and members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in venue, hospitality and events.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with facilities management and risk compliance.
• Commercial awareness with a track record of revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and oversee day-to-day operations.
