Job summary

Fairmont St Andrews is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to join the F&B leadership team. You will work closely with the Director to drive the department's performance, provide day-to-day operational oversight, and lead across multiple restaurants, bars, events and golf outlets.

Qualifications

• Extensive F&B management experience in a high-volume hotel, resort or multi-outlet environment.
• Proven ability to lead managers and large operational teams.
• Strong commercial awareness including labour, revenue and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the F&B department.
• Oversee all outlets and drive service standards and performance across the resort.
• Deputise for the Director of F&B and support seasonal events and peak periods.
• Coach and develop Outlet Managers and F&B leadership teams.
• Monitor guest feedback and optimise the guest journey and profitability.
