Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Export Operations specialist to manage daily pharmaceutical and temperature-controlled exports in the UK, handling bookings, declarations, shipments, and final export preparation. You will work with TMS and internal systems, coordinating with airlines and service providers to ensure timely delivery.

Proven export experience, strong English communication, and ability to work independently under pressure are essential; a competitive salary plus shift allowance and benefits

Qualifications

• Proven export background, ideally with road export/customs experience.
• Proficiency in air export functions and the CDS system.
• Strong understanding of air freight tariffs, charges and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Use of internal IT and Transport management System (TMS) and related tools (FileBound, JetStream, Op-STAR, SharePoint).
• External communication with service providers.
• Preparation and completion of all documentation and paperwork for export.
• Liaising with airlines to ascertain the whereabouts of missing cargo.
• Completion of post-flight and internal TMS reports.
• Customs entries involving procedures through CDS and government bodies.
