Job summary

World Courier (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Export Operations specialist to manage end‑to‑end air export shipments, including bookings, declarations via CDS, and documentation. The role requires coordinating with airlines and service providers to ensure on‑time delivery.

You will work within a busy team, handling multiple shipments, and applying regulatory and company SOPs. English fluency and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

Proven export background, ideally with road export/customs experience.
Proficiency with the Customs Declaration System (CDS).
Strong understanding of air freight tariffs, charges and customer service.
Fluency in English; excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Manage export operations from job creation to final delivery.
Book air freight and process export declarations via CDS.
Prepare and check documentation and paperwork for export.
Liaise with airlines and service providers on shipment status.
Monitor shipments and complete TMS reports and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with government and company SOPs.
