Job summary

The Find Group is seeking an experienced Experiential Account Director to join their growing experiential marketing and events team. You will lead high-profile client accounts, drive growth, and oversee complex live activations, managing junior team members and ensuring delivery to a high standard.

In this hybrid role, you will spend two days in the Harpenden office and three days remote, taking full financial ownership of multi-project budgets and collaborating with production to meet client

Qualifications

• 6+ years of agency experience in experiential marketing, live events, or FMCG activations.
• Experience managing large-scale budgets (£250k–£1m+) and driving margins.
• Translate client objectives into actionable briefs and unlock opportunities.
• Direct line management and freelance resourcing.
• Build strong client relationships and promote collaborative working.
• Deep knowledge of custom builds, venues, logistics and H&S compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior accounts and drive growth across high-profile clients.
• Own multi-project budgets, revenue forecasting and reconciliations.
• Line-manage Account Managers and Account Executives with regular reviews.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet client needs and deliver quality.
• Source venues, negotiate contracts, manage site logistics and RAMS.
• Present concepts and results directly to clients and prospects.
