Elliott Scott HR Recruitment is partnering with a global investment management client to hire an Executive Recruiter, Associate Director for their in-house team. This is a high-impact role within a transforming leadership function, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and complex leadership searches.

You will manage end-to-end executive searches, build trusted relationships, and apply data-driven insights to deliver diverse, evidence-based hiring outcomes across a global platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a true 360 executive recruitment role from inception to completion.
• Experience in-house or at a boutique executive search firm.
• Experience managing client relationships and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Consultative, commercially minded approach with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven with use of market insights and recruitment analytics.
• Commitment to embedding DEI in executive hiring processes.
• Excellent organisational and relationship management across multiple mandates.

Responsabilités

• Advise senior stakeholders on executive and leadership hiring.
• Manage end-to-end executive search mandates from briefing to onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring leaders and provide market insights.
• Develop and implement tailored search strategies for leadership talent.
• Influence hiring decisions with evidence-based recruitment outcomes.
• Embed DEI considerations throughout the executive search process.
• Run multiple executive search projects across a global platform with strong stakeholder experience.
