Regent in London is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead end-to-end executive search across Europe, aligning leadership hires with portfolio transformation and growth.

You will partner with Operating Partners, portfolio CEOs, and the Regent leadership team, shaping leadership teams through a high-touch process in a fast-paced private equity environment.

This London-based role reports to the Executive Recruiter and offers significant autonomy within a flat, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search, preferably in private equity or corporate environments.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive search for C-suite, VP, and senior roles across Europe.
• Partner with Operating Partners, portfolio CEOs, and Regent leadership to define role requirements.
• Proactively source and assess high-calibre candidates using direct sourcing and network.
• Oversee interview coordination, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
• Provide market intelligence on executive compensation and talent trends.
• Build and maintain a strategic talent pipeline for Europe-driven hiring needs.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience reflecting Regent’s brand and values.
