HelloKindred is seeking an Executive Recruiter or Search Consultant to support its in-house leadership recruitment function. You will identify, cultivate and attract senior leadership talent across European markets, partnering with business leaders and recruiters to drive strategic hiring for current and future needs within a global team.

Hybrid work arrangement and a focus on building trusted relationships with senior executives are central.

Formación

• 5+ years of leadership recruitment experience.
• External executive search or agency recruitment experience.
• Strong relationships with senior candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in a large global business.
• Experience with globally distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of European professional services, technology, or digital markets.
• Passion for recruitment and transforming organisations.
• Strong research and creative thinking to identify top candidates.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at the C-suite level.
• Proven project and time management skills.
• Inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Position executive search as a trusted partner with senior leaders and recruiters.
• Conduct confidential research to identify leadership talent.
• Produce market intelligence reports to influence talent strategies.
• Build talent pools by engaging candidates across channels, articulating the value proposition.
• Assess candidate fit against leadership requirements and profiles.
• Leverage effective talent channels to meet hiring needs.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience and advocate for the talent brand.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Support presentations of research findings at senior stakeholder meetings.
