Knight Frank is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Country Business at our global HQ. The role involves providing high-level support to the Head of Country Business, requiring discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for the Head of Country Business and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  3. Perform EA duties discreetly and efficiently to reflect the company's brand.
  4. Assist the Head of Country Business with prioritizing requests and managing schedules.
  5. Proactively manage diaries, organize meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
  6. Prepare for meetings with relevant documentation and minutes.
  7. Organize appraisal meetings and ensure documentation is complete.
  8. Prepare for and assist in the execution of monthly Country Board meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up on actions.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
  10. Support ad hoc events, create presentations, and handle invoice and expense approvals.
Key Experience Required:
  • Minimum 5 years of EA experience
  • Experience at board level with minute taking (essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Background in project management, organization, and administration (preferred)
