JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-touch support to the CEO of the International Private Bank. The role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced global environment.

You will partner with senior leadership to enable efficient execution of business priorities, manage complex calendars, and coordinate cross-border travel while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in productivity tools, including email, calendar management, document preparation, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones; anticipate conflicts and optimize the CEO's time and priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, visas (where applicable), ground transportation, and contingency plans.
  • Prepare agendas and meeting materials; coordinate pre-briefs, debriefs, attendee logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion; manage communications, documentation, and priority items using sound judgment.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables; maintain effective filing and knowledge management practices.
  • Triage inbound requests; draft and edit correspondence and other materials, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate internal and external events, including client engagements, leadership off-sites, and town halls.
  • Partner with senior leaders, Business Management, Human Resources, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Executive Assistant teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and implement tools and best practices to improve efficiency.

As a Senior Executive Assistant in the International Private Bank, you will provide strategic administrative support to the CEO and play a key role in enabling the effective execution of business priorities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
