Tate in Bristol is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Directors, managing complex diaries and inboxes and coordinating key engagements.
This 37-hour-per-week hybrid temporary role runs from 10 August 2026 to 30 October 2026, with an office base in BS1. You'll prepare briefing packs, manage communications, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working)
Pay Rate: £18.35 per hour
Contract: Temporary, Full-Time (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level business support to senior leadership within a large public sector organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
Working on a 2:1 support basis, you will provide confidential and comprehensive executive support to Directors and Executive Directors. You will be responsible for managing complex diaries and inboxes, coordinating meetings and events, preparing high-quality documentation, and ensuring senior leaders are fully briefed and prepared for key engagements.
You will act as a trusted point of contact, managing communications, prioritising competing demands, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
