Job summary
Sonata Software is seeking a highly experienced Exchange Hybrid Engineer to lead enterprise-grade Exchange Online and on-premises deployments in a hybrid environment. The role covers architecture, migration, and ongoing administration with strong focus on secure mail routing and compliance.
The candidate will manage DAG structures, mail flow, Autodiscover, and Defender for Office 365, leveraging PowerShell for automation. Excellent English communication and client-facing skills are essential.
Qualifications
- 15-20 years of IT experience.
- Solid Exchange Online and On-Premises experience.
- Proven Exchange Hybrid implementation experience.
- Active SC Security Clearance is required.
- Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience in enterprise environments and technical writing.
Responsibilities
- Administer Exchange Server 2016/2019 and Exchange Online.
- Design and maintain Exchange Hybrid environments.
- Configure HCW, hybrid mail flow and secure routing.
- Manage DAGs, mailboxes, and connectors.
- Troubleshoot mail flow, Autodiscover, and Outlook access.
- Support Exchange migrations between On-Prem and Online.
- Manage SPF/DKIM/DMARC and Defender for O365.
- Use PowerShell for automation and administration.
