Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking an experienced Exchange Customer Engineer to lead enterprise Exchange Hybrid implementations. The role covers Exchange Online, on-premises servers, and hybrid messaging support, with emphasis on secure mail routing, DAG management, and migrations.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to design, deploy, and operate robust Exchange Hybrid solutions while maintaining high availability and compliance across the environment.

Qualifications

15–20 years of IT experience
Solid Exchange Online and On-Premises experience
Proven Exchange Hybrid experience
Active SC Security Clearance
Excellent English communication and client-facing skills
Experience in enterprise/customer environments

Responsibilities

Administer and support Exchange Server 2016/2019/SE and Exchange Online.
Design, implement and maintain Exchange Hybrid environments.
Configure and troubleshoot HCW, hybrid mail flow and secure mail routing.
Manage DAGs, mailboxes, transport services, connectors and certificates.
Troubleshoot mail flow, Autodiscover, Outlook connectivity and authentication issues.
Support Exchange migrations between On-Premises and Exchange Online.
Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC and use PowerShell for automation.
