Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking an experienced Exchange Hybrid Engineer to manage Exchange Online and on-premises environments, design hybrid configurations, and secure mail routing.

You will deploy and support DAGs, mail flow, Defender for Office 365, and work with Azure AD/Entra ID and PowerShell automation. Excellent English and a security clearance are required for this senior enterprise role.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive Exchange Online and on-premises experience.
• Experience designing hybrid Exchange environments and HCW.
• Strong communication skills and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Server 2016/2019/SE and Exchange Online.
• Design, implement and maintain Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Configure HCW, hybrid mail flow, and secure mail routing.
• Manage DAGs, mailbox databases, transport services, connectors.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, Autodiscover, and Outlook connectivity.
• Support Exchange migrations between On-Premises and Online.
• Configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC and use PowerShell for automation.
