Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Exchange Hybrid Engineer for enterprise-scale environments in Cambridge. You will lead design, deployment and support of Exchange Online and on-premises, with a focus on hybrid messaging, security and compliance.

Responsibilities include managing DAGs, mail flow, HCW configurations, Defender for Office 365, and PowerShell automation, while delivering clear customer-facing guidance and training across complex Exchange ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Solid Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises experience.
• Experience designing and supporting Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Experience with mail flow configuration, HCW and hybrid configurations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Exchange Server 2016/2019 and Exchange Online.
• Design, implement and maintain Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot HCW and hybrid mail flow.
