Job summary

Carousel Consultancy Ltd. is seeking an Events and Stakeholder Manager for London/Kent. The role focuses on designing and delivering high-quality events for HNWI and corporate supporters, with accountability for senior stakeholder engagement, budgets, and a strategic events program that aligns with fundraising and growth goals.

You will lead event planning, supplier relationships, risk assessments and post-event analysis to optimise future engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing and executing high-quality events for HNWI or high-profile clients.
• Experience leading varied events programmes (corporate, conferences, awards, private dinners, etc.).
• Evidence of event impact on fundraising or sales pipelines is advantageous.
• Event budget management and evaluation experience.
• Experience with risk assessments and contingency planning.
• Experience with supplier management, vendor negotiation and contract management.
• Confident and professional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Curating exclusive engagement events for HNWIs, major corporate supporters and clients.
• Strategically ensuring events focus on guest experience and engagement to attract supporters.
• Planning senior stakeholder events and event marketing, managing budgets and deliverables.
• Ensuring events are delivered to a high standard.
• Building relationships with venues, suppliers and coordinating contracts.
• Undertaking financial reporting and event budget forecasting.
• Maintaining records, overseeing risk assessments and contingency planning.
• Leading on event communications and advising on messaging for all events.
• Capturing stakeholder feedback and providing post-event recommendations.
• Ensuring post-engagement follow up and relationship development with stakeholders.
