UPP in London seeks an Events and Engagement Manager to lead our internal and external events programme and strengthen engagement with university partners and sector stakeholders.

You will collaborate with the Head of Communications & Marketing and deliver high quality conferences, awards and engagement initiatives across the higher education sector, with hybrid working from our London office and regular UK travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing corporate events, conferences, stakeholder events or engagement programmes.
• Effective communication with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong event planning, project management and organisational skills.
• Experience managing suppliers, venues and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of internal events programme (leadership conferences, townhalls, Annual Management Conference, People Awards).
• Plan and coordinate stakeholder, sector and university engagement events, conferences, exhibitions and networking activities.
• Manage event logistics, suppliers, venues, budgets and delegate communications.
• Support the delivery of UPP Foundation events and engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university partners, sector stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Produce event materials, presentations, communications and briefing packs.
• Manage stakeholder databases, engagement plans and reporting.
• Monitor event performance, feedback and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
