Job summary

Wheely in London seeks a Senior Events Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of the London events programme. You will take partnership opportunities and creative concepts from brief to flawless execution, working with agencies, venues, and internal teams to ensure premium delivery.

You will manage budgets, sources, and on-site operations, while identifying opportunities to attract new customers and deepen existing relationships. This role is hybrid with an office in West London.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in events or luxury brand activations.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of premium events from brief to delivery.
• Strong budget, agency and supplier management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of London's events, from brief to post-event review.
• Turn briefs into detailed event plans with flawless execution.
• Manage agencies, production companies, venues, suppliers and partners.
• Own event budgets, negotiate costs, ensure delivery within budgets.
• Coordinate Brand, Marketing, Operations, Sales and Partnerships teams.
• Collaborate with Partnerships Director to meet commercial objectives.
• Work with Head of Creative & Brand to realize the creative vision.
• Oversee all event logistics, production, guest experience, staffing.
• Lead events on the ground and resolve issues on-site.
• Create touchpoints to attract new customers and deepen relationships.
• Elevate Wheely's events and continuously improve delivery quality.
