Ultra Challenges is seeking an experienced Senior Events Manager to lead the delivery and on-site management of our Ultra Challenge Series across the UK. You will coordinate large-scale logistics, manage teams, and drive successful live events from concept through delivery.

The role is fast-paced and requires exceptional organisational and people-management skills, with travel across multiple events and potential off-season planning work.

Salary Competitive hourly rates, with travel, food and accommodation covered
Location Over 20 different events to work across, possible 4/5 days per event
Schedule Events from January - October; main season May - September
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Event Managers to take a leading role in the delivery, and on event management and operating of our Ultra Challenge Series.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, has exceptional operational and people management skills, and can confidently oversee large scale event logistics from concept through to live delivery.

The successful candidates will be comissioned for on event roles across the UK delivery both the 2026 and 2027 events, with opportunities for “off season” planning, reccee and project work to help us lead and grow the series of the events.
