Ultra Challenge® is looking for an experienced Senior Event Manager to oversee the delivery of the UK's most inspiring endurance events. You will lead large-scale event sites while working alongside a passionate and ambitious leadership team.

The role involves problem-solving, managing multiple complex live events, and ensuring smooth operations across various locations. Competitive hourly rates are offered, with travel, food, and accommodation covered during events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex outdoor or endurance events.
• Passion for delivering memorable live experiences.
• Available to work weekends during the summer season in 2026 & 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale event sites and operations.
• Coordinate logistics for kit and equipment.
• Support the Event Director with project management.
