Ultra Challenge® is looking for an experienced Senior Event Manager to oversee the delivery of the UK's most inspiring endurance events. You will lead large-scale event sites while working alongside a passionate and ambitious leadership team.

The role involves problem-solving, managing multiple complex live events, and ensuring smooth operations across various locations. Competitive hourly rates are offered, with travel, food, and accommodation covered during events.

• Available to work weekends during the summer season in 2026 & 2027.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Event Managers to take a leading role in the delivery, and on event management and operating of our Ultra Challenge Series.

• Coordinate kit and equipment logistics
• Venue liaison & engage with stake holders during set up & de-rig

You Will Be...

• A proactive problem solver with strong operational leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable live experiences.
• Experience managing complex outdoor events, endurance events, festivals, mass participation events, or multi-site operations would be highly advantageous.
