Job summary

London & Partners Limited seeks a Senior Events Manager for an 18‑month fixed term contract in London. You will lead planning and delivery of a calendar of flagship and regional events across Grow London Global and a UK‑wide scaleup programme, driving engagement and value for participating companies.

You will manage a team, coordinate with Growth Managers and partners, ensure quality across locations, and deliver high‑impact events that support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of planning and delivering a varied events portfolio, including high‑profile events.
• Experience line managing and developing colleagues, creating a motivated team and delivering high standards.
• Ability to design events around audience needs with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with founders or entrepreneurial communities within growth or innovation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and own the 12‑month events calendar across Grow London Global and UK‑wide scale‑up.
• Lead end‑to‑end event delivery from concept through evaluation, coordinating stakeholders.
• Oversee venue selection, catering, production, speakers and event materials.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events and capture content for repurposing.
• Build inclusive event experiences accessible to participants across locations.
