IGD seeks a focused Senior Events Executive to support the Head of Events Strategy & Propositions and coordinate IGD-led events. You will work with the Event Marketing Manager to align plans, communications, stakeholders and milestones in a hands-on role.

You will manage guest lists, speaker coordination, on-site materials and data in CRM, delivering high-quality attendee experiences and post-event reporting.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating IGD-led events end-to-end.
• Ability to translate concepts into project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Strong on-site support and attendee experience.
• Excellent stakeholder liaison and communication.

Mansioni

• Coordinate guest lists, seating, badges, signage, and on-site materials.
• Liaise with venues, suppliers and partners to support planning and delivery.
• Track timelines and risks; flag issues early and resolve them.
• Provide on-site registration, welcome, speaker support and de-rig.
• Support event communications and social media coordination.
• Maintain attendee data in CRM and event systems.
• Coordinate internal meetings, agendas and follow-ups related to planning.
