Job summary

IGD is seeking a Senior Events Executive in Watford to support the Head of Events Strategy & Propositions, coordinating IGD-led events through structured plans and attendee experiences. You will work with the Event Marketing Manager to manage end-to-end event planning, attendee communications and on-site delivery, including CRM data quality and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end events and managing attendee experiences.
• Ability to translate concepts into project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Proactive reach across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event planning including guest lists, seating, badges, signage and on-site materials.
• Support speaker coordination including briefs, bios and logistics.
• Assist with invitations, confirmations, joining instructions and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain accurate attendee data across CRM and event systems.
• Provide on-site support at events and ensure timely communications.
