Qualifications

• Experienced and highly organised event production professional with a strong track record of delivering complex, large-scale events.
• Experience leading production planning across multiple sites, managing suppliers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of detailed production plans, site schedules, build/break programmes and operational readiness arrangements.
• Oversee appointment and management of production suppliers, contractors and specialist event teams.
• Coordinate delivery of temporary infrastructure and services including structures, staging, power, lighting, fencing, branding, broadcast and crowd management infrastructure.
• Ensure sites are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with legislative, regulatory and Council requirements.
