Hyve is recruiting a Senior Event Operations Manager for POSSIBLE Europe. You will own planning through onsite delivery and post-event review, coordinating venues, programme, audience and experiences in practical, creative ways.

You’ll lead budgets, health and safety, risk management and sponsor activations, working with cross-functional teams to deliver commercially strong events. International travel is required.

Qualifications

• Five years+ delivering large-scale exhibitions, conferences or B2B events.
• Strong budget management across forecasts, costs and reporting.
• Solid health and safety, risk management and compliance knowledge.
• Experience developing bespoke sponsor activations andROI assessment.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of POSSIBLE Europe from planning to onsite delivery and post-event review.
• Lead programme planning, budgets, risk management and safety compliance.
• Develop and manage the POSSIBLE Europe budget and forecast.
• Create innovative, practical event concepts across venues, programme and audience.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners for value delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Content and Commercial teams to shape deliverable solutions.
• Drive sponsorship activations and measure ROI; monitor delivery and learnings.
• Ensure health, safety and security policies are followed; manage risk and incidents.
