Job summary

CoCo Group is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to lead global events from concept through to live execution, based in London with hybrid working. You’ll partner with the Creative Lead, shape moodboards and briefs, and manage suppliers, timelines and budgets to ensure every installation is visually striking and fully on brief.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in creative production, experiential marketing, events or a similar agency setting.
• Proven track record of taking creative projects from concept through to execution.
• Excellent organisation and project management with an eye for detail.
• Strong sense of design, styling and visual storytelling.
• Confident collaboration across Creative, Production, Design and Client Services.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with budgets and production realities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead with suppliers, freelancers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Creative Lead to develop concepts and carry them from pitch to live execution.
• Craft moodboards, pitch decks, storyboards and design briefs to secure buy-in.
• Source furniture, styling, merchandise, print and installations for productions.
• Manage timelines, budgets, quotes and approvals; coordinate suppliers and crews.
• Brief and manage designers, freelancers and partners to deliver the vision.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and planning sessions to translate ideas into plans.
• Oversee installation and styling during event builds and on-site delivery.
