Job summary

EDF Energy Limited is seeking an experienced European Pressurised Reactor Programme Manager / Change Manager for Sizewell C. The role acts as the primary Intelligent Customer for the EPR Programme, coordinating across six functional areas and ensuring safety, quality, time and cost delivery.

You will lead contract governance, strategic planning and performance reporting while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management & Governance: Manage the EPRP contract on behalf of SZC, ensuring replication from HPC and collaboration across projects.
• Oversee contracts, including the EPRP Programme Manual and HPC/SZC Collaboration Agreement, serving as SZC subject matter expert.
• Lead development of three-year strategic plans and annual operational plans for EPRP.
• Manage Task Orders annually, ensuring budget alignment and financial reconciliation.
• Oversee EPRP budget and resource planning, ensuring cost allocations and recharge mechanisms.
• Define, implement and run KPIs for EPRP, ensuring SZC meets contractual obligations.
• Ensure governance compliance and lead key progress forums.
• Build and manage relationships across SZC, HPC, and EPRP.
• Identify and drive improvements in EPRP collaboration and performance.
