Job summary

Venesky Brown Recruitment is recruiting an EPR Programme/Change Manager for Sizewell C. This permanent role sits in the EPR Programme Team, based in London or Bristol with hybrid working, and offers collaboration across SZC and HPC programmes to deliver efficiencies.

The role acts as the primary Intelligent Customer for the EPRP, ensuring application of the EPRP Manual and the HPC/SZC Collaboration Agreement, coordinating across functions to meet safety, quality, time and cost objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the EPRP contract on SZC, replicating from HPC and coordinating across projects.
• Oversee associated contracts including the EPRP Programme Manual and Collaboration Agreement.
• Lead development of three-year strategic plans and annual operational plans for EPRP.
• Manage Task Orders, ensuring budget alignment and financial reconciliation.
• Oversee EPRP budget and resource planning with cost allocations.
• Define and run KPIs for EPRP and ensure contractual obligations.
• Engage with SZC, HPC and EPRP leadership; facilitate best practice sharing.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and resolve conflicts.
