Job summary

EDF Energy Limited seeks a Feet Collaboration Project Manager for Sizewell C to coordinate cross-site data sharing, uphold governance, and drive collaboration between SZC and HPC assets. You will support governance, prioritise resources, and help deliver cost savings, schedule adherence, and safety improvements within a nuclear-focused fleet.

The role requires experience in a complex, regulated environment and strong stakeholder engagement across multiple organisations.

Qualifications

• Formal project management qualification with direct experience in project management.
• Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
• Experience in a complex, regulated organisation (nuclear industry experience preferred but not essential).
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Effective influencer with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Facilitate data sharing between UK EPRs while upholding IP protections and data governance.
• Identify efficiency opportunities leveraging shared platforms and HPC assets to unlock fleet-level benefits.
• Support the development of the EPR Fleet legacy learning strategy to drive cost avoidance, schedule adherence, and safety awareness.
• Support the management of the HPC-SZC Collaboration Agreement on behalf of SZC and ensure replication across projects.
