Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management.
Experience in managing major retailer accounts.
Extensive experience running a full retail P&L.
Proven negotiation skills with complex customer relationships.
Frequent use of data analytics and forecasting.
Experience with EPOS systems.
Responsibilities
Manage full P&L ownership of accounts.
Set strategic direction for growth in assigned regions.
Build and manage key relationships with retailers and distributors.
Analyze market trends and optimize performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product availability.
Prepare sales forecasts and report on KPIs.
