Job summary

Publicis Sapient UK is seeking a Lead Business Analyst (Endur) to partner with the client Product Owner to define and execute an ETRM product strategy that transforms customer experience and business outcomes.

You will lead collaboration with client teams and our engineering squads in energy trading, shaping roadmaps, user stories, and agile delivery to accelerate value and enable rapid release cycles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience delivering complex business or technology solutions in the ETRM space.
• Significant knowledge of the energy & commodities industry and Endur ETRM package.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to articulate business goals and transform them into a product roadmap.
• Translate strategy into well-defined user stories and features for agile delivery.
• Lead workshops and present to clients in new business opportunities.
• Mentor a high-performing team of Product Analysts to improve digital products and services.
• Identify and manage requirements, dependencies, risks with onshore and offshore teams.
