Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specialized in Endur to drive product strategy and delivery for Endur-based solutions in the energy and commodities trading sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Endur platforms, enabling improved trading operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product management with Endur or other ETRM platforms.
• Deep understanding of energy trading, risk, logistics, and settlement processes.
• Proven experience leading Endur implementations (configuration, testing, deployment).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers and stakeholders.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making and strong communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Endur implementations.
• Gather and prioritise requirements to meet business and regulatory needs.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and user stories.
• Drive continuous improvement of Endur-based trading and risk processes.
• Ensure seamless Endur integration with ERP, reporting tools, and other systems.
