Our client, a commodity trading firm, is seeking a Senior ETD Operations Analyst to join their team in Stockport, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of exchange-traded derivatives, resolving discrepancies in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitoring open exceptions across systems and clearing them efficiently within defined timelines.
• Maintaining and validating standing data for all derivative products, ensuring accurate application of clearing and execution fees.
• Generating management reports and operational statistics to support internal performance tracking.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting workflow enhancements, controls, and contingency plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, trade support, or reconciliation roles.
• Experience with ETD products such as futures, options, swaps, and CFDs.
• Understanding of clearing, settlement, and margin processes.
• Experience interacting with Exchanges, Clearing Houses, and Brokers.
• Experience in a trading environment, preferably within energy or commodities sectors, with direct exposure to traders and commercial teams.
