IC Resources is seeking a Staff Etch Process Development Engineer to lead the development, optimisation and support of dry and wet etch processes for III-V semiconductor and photonic devices. You will drive process improvements and manufacturing efficiency in a demanding fabrication environment.

You will apply SPC, DOE, Six Sigma and Lean methods to analyse data, support NPI and technology transfer, and collaborate across Product, Equipment, Manufacturing and R&D teams.

Competenze

• Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, DOE, Six Sigma and Lean.
• Ability to analyse data and solve manufacturing problems.

• Develop, qualify, and improve semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Optimise dry and wet etch processes for performance and yield.
• Analyse process and equipment data using SPC, DOE, Six Sigma, and Lean.
• Support NPI, technology transfer, and scale-up into production.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to improve uptime and reduce defects.
• Lead yield improvement, scrap reduction, cycle time, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Equipment, Manufacturing, and R&D teams.
• Experience in semiconductor or photonics desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, DOE, Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
