Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Staff Photolithography Process Development Engineer to develop, optimise, and support lithography and e-beam lithography processes for III-V semiconductor and photonic devices in a cleanroom environment.

You will drive process improvements, support NPI and technology transfer, and contribute to yield enhancement, cycle-time reduction, and manufacturing efficiency through SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Photolithography process knowledge.
• Experience in semiconductor, photonics, MEMS, optoelectronics, silicon photonics or related advanced manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control).
• Knowledge of DOE (Design of Experiments).
• Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
• Root cause analysis.
• MES (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing processes (lithography/e-beam lithography).
• Improve yield, process capability, cycle time, and reduce scrap using SPC, Six Sigma, Lean, and statistical analysis.
• Qualify and support manufacturing equipment to maximise uptime and capacity.
• Analyse process and equipment data to identify and resolve issues.
• Support NPI, technology transfer, and cross-functional engineering projects.
• Produce technical documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment problems in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
