Job summary

Turner & Townsend is a global consultancy delivering water and infrastructure programmes across the UK. We are looking for an Associate Director Project Manager to lead teams, manage cost and estimating delivery, and drive safe, timely, high-quality outcomes across major water and infrastructure works.

This national role involves regular travel and three days per week on client sites or on site, with a strong emphasis on governance, value engineering, and stakeholder engagement to achieve

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects in a client-facing environment.
• Proven leadership of estimating commissions across major infrastructure programmes.
• Strong technical expertise in cost estimation from rough orders of magnitude to detailed estimates.
• Ability to lead estimating workstreams and set direction for multidisciplinary inputs.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts and commercial governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate estimating teams across major programmes.
• Provide robust cost and estimating advice to support business cases.
• Develop and implement estimating strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Establish governance and standards for estimating across programmes.
• Lead client relationships and bid opportunities.
