Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director Project Manager to lead estimating and cost management across major water and infrastructure projects. The role involves managing client relationships, governance, and delivering high-quality estimates within complex environments.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, develop estimating strategies, and support business case development and investment decisions, with a focus on value and risk management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience within the infrastructure, engineering, or construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programmes in a client-facing environment.
• Proven experience leading estimating commissions across major infrastructure projects and programmes, with accountability for the quality and delivery of estimating services.
• Strong technical expertise in estimate production, from order of magnitude estimates through to detailed estimates built up from first principles.
• Demonstrable experience in the successful delivery of major programmes, managing complex stakeholder environments, multidisciplinary teams, significant budgets, and strategic project objectives.
• Ability to lead estimating workstreams, set technical direction and coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of estimating strategies aligned to client investment objectives, programme delivery requirements and organisational goals.

Responsibilities
