Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Estimator for refurbishments in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The role focuses on high-value CAT A refurbishment and warehouse fit-out projects up to £10m, requiring expertise in pricing, procurement, and cost control.

Ideal candidates will have senior-level estimating experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering accurate cost plans and successful tender submissions.

Formación

• Senior Estimator with refurbishment/fit-out experience, ideally commercial and warehouse CAT A projects.
• Experience managing large-scale refurb/fit-out up to £10m.
• Strong pricing, procurement, and cost-management knowledge for fit-out/construction.

Responsabilidades

• Produce accurate estimates for refurb/fit-out projects up to £10m, focusing on CAT A schemes.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely tenders.
• Analyse project docs, identify risks, and prepare cost plans and budgets.
• Lead tender submissions and provide cost advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive growth and repeat work.
• Mentor and develop junior estimators with guidance on estimating.
