Job summary

Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Estimator for fit-out projects in St Albans, Hertfordshire. You will lead estimating for CAT A commercial and warehouse schemes up to £10m, delivering accurate cost plans and tender submissions.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in fit-out, strong pricing and procurement knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior estimators within a busy, collaborative team and a company offering a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Senior Estimator with proven experience in fit-out.
• Experience managing large-scale CAT A projects up to £10m.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, procurement and cost management in fit-out/construction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Produce estimates for CAT A fit-out projects up to £10m.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely tenders.
• Analyse project documents, identify risks, and prepare cost plans and budgets.
• Lead tender submissions and provide cost advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive growth and repeat work.
