Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Estimator for Landscaping & Civil Services to manage tender lifecycles, interpret client requirements, and prepare quotations for hard landscaping projects valued up to multi-million pounds. The role involves data manipulation in Excel, supplier price-list gathering, and clear documentation within the internal database.

Office-based in Slough with remote options available, offering 22 days leave and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Extensive estimating experience in landscaping or civil sector.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and commercial skills.
• Experience with Tier-1 contractors and commercial customers is a plus.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team in a fast-moving company.

Responsibilities

• Manage full tender life-cycle from start to finish.
• Populate tender documents and quotations.
• Oversee quotations handover to Operations.
• Manipulate data from pricing schedules in Excel.
• Obtain price lists from suppliers.
• Maintain tender records in internal database.
