Job summary

Aztec Landscapes is seeking a Senior Estimator to build and lead our in-house estimating function from the ground up. You will manage pricing, tender submissions and cost planning across landscaping and civils, with autonomy to shape processes and influence strategy.

Hybrid working across home, HQ, and London sites, with high-value projects from 500k to 5m+. You will engage clients and supply chain partners to drive profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven estimating experience within landscaping and/or civils.
• Strong commercial and cost-planning skills.
• Experienced in managing multiple tenders.
• Confident engaging with supply chain partners and clients.

Responsibilities

The Role

You’ll lead the pricing and submission of landscaping and civils tenders, working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to secure profitable projects and drive business growth.

• Proven estimating experience within landscaping and/or civils.
• Strong commercial and cost-planning skills.
• Experienced in managing multiple tenders.
• Confident engaging with supply chain partners and clients.
