Willmott Dixon in Oldham is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the design process across a hybrid pattern of office, home and project sites. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, chair design meetings and drive action plans to deliver against cost plans and specifications.

Lead consultants, develop design programmes and secure statutory approvals while delivering innovative, cost-effective technical solutions across Education, Leisure, Transport and Commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Knowledge of design programmes, cost plans and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to deliver cost-effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process to meet specifications and cost plans.
