Qualifications

• Experience of preparing detailed estimates and tenders for construction projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs and tender documentation.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and tenders from drawings and specs.
• Review tender docs for risks, opportunities and VE options.
• Obtain and assess quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Complete detailed take-offs and cost analysis.
• Prepare competitive and accurate tender submissions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors during tenders.
• Support pricing strategies and cost planning for the team.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
