Senior Estimator - Kent is seeking to lead the estimating process from enquiry to final submission for long-term commercial refurbishments. You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to prepare accurate, competitive tenders.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specs, obtaining quotations, identifying VE opportunities and mentoring junior estimators. Strong analytical and negotiation skills, plus full UK driving licence, are required.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within the construction industry.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent analytical skills.
• Experience pricing a range of construction projects.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence.
