Senior Estimator wanted for a leading subcontractor specializing in providing specialist works packages for roofing and brickwork within residential and commercial construction projects. The company currently has a turnover of circa £25 million and is poised for exciting growth in the coming years. Due to their continued success, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their vibrant team, where you will play a key role in the business's future development.

Experience needed for the role:

• You will be an experienced Estimator within the construction industry.
• You will have worked for either an established subcontractor or main contractor on new build schemes.
• Self-directed and highly motivated.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Able to work as part of a team.

Duties:

• Estimating and understanding how to incorporate contingencies into the price.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Exposure and experience in roofing and brickwork packages.
• Identifying scope changes.
• Contract correspondence.
• Experience of pricing projects with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Strong estimating skills with good IT ability and presentation skills.
