Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Senior Estimator for its fast-growing pre-construction team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on securing work by preparing accurate tenders and driving value for clients on projects from £5m to £20m+.

You will lead cost estimates, analyse drawings, coordinate with pre-construction and commercial teams, and mentor junior estimators to support growth and high-quality delivery.

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within a main contractor.
• Pricing industrial, commercial or logistics projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects up to £20m+.

• Develop strong supply chain relationships to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
• Manage risk assessments and identify opportunities for value engineering.
• Present bids clearly and confidently to directors and clients, ensuring clarity in pricing and methodology.
• Mentor junior estimators and support their professional growth.
