Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join the Estates & Portfolio Management team in the UK. You will provide property management services to corporate occupier clients, maintaining relationships and delivering full service through cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes delivering projects to client expectations, contributing to departmental targets, and keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• General practice background for either corporate, public sector or private practice.
• Experience of property management work for investors or corporate occupiers would be preferred.
• Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to role.
• IT skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Sound numerical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Strong client service delivery and communication skills.
• Preferable to be RICS qualified.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and liaise with clients on projects.
• Support the team profile in the market and within the business.
• Ensure advice is thorough, accurate and timely; seek help as needed.
• Deliver activities and projects meeting client expectations (time, quality).
• Identify optimum solutions for clients in consultation with internal/external teams.
• Manage internal and external teams to provide full service for clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to fee targets.
• Keep timesheets up to date and reflect current work.
• Ensure work complies with firm procedures (health & safety, quality, risk).
• Keep knowledge of case law and current affairs up to date.
